After nobody showing up during the scheduled time and never receiving an update from the front desk on when the technician was supposed to arrive, they canceled my service for the day. Never using this company again.

This company is nothing but a fraud... The men you see working on their Facebook page aren't even the men that come to your house... They charged me $2000 to clean and fix my chimney and they ruined my roof, they don't honor the 1 year warranty and my chimney is falling apart mor...

Very professional job. Looks great, very happy with A-1 Chimney Specialist service … will call next time

A-a chimney specialist came out to do repairs to my chimney that was leaking rain into my roof - they did a great job, very happy with the work and service- I will use them again for my next cleaning for sure.

Do not use! They don’t return calls, promised refund didn’t deliver, closed my complaint to better business bureau saying they provided me a refund when they didn’t. They lie this is a chimney not a pair of pants pretty important job to screw up.
