Chris was awesome! Showed up on time was pleasant to work with, and didn't try to up sell me. Absolute class act.

There’s a chimney whisperer in our town, and his name is JT. He knows chimneys inside and out, and you can tell he genuinely loves chimneys , it’s in the way he works, the way he talks about them, and the care he puts into every detail. Super kind, super thorough, and just great...

Outstanding customer service and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Our experience with JT at A Step in Time was truly exceptional and deserving of a five-star review! He was incredibly kind and pleasant, making the entire process feel comfortable and reassuring. JT patiently took the time to teach us all about our chimney and walked us through...
