I noticed the fireplace wasn't drafting quite the way it used to, so I scheduled a chimney inspection. They found buildup inside the flue and cleaned it out. I appreciated that they explained the issue instead of immediately suggesting unnecessary work.

Our chimney had gone longer than it should have without a cleaning. There was a noticeable layer of soot and some loose debris inside. They took their time with the cleaning and made sure the fireplace area was tidy before leaving.

The fireplace hadn't been used much over the past couple of years, but I wanted to make sure everything was okay before using it again. They inspected the chimney, cleaned out the old residue, and went over their findings with me.

We had noticed some loose debris around the fireplace and figured it was time for a proper chimney cleaning. They found buildup inside, cleaned it out, and checked the chimney cap while they were there. Everything looked much better afterward.

We wanted to start using the fireplace again, but I kept wondering when the chimney had last been cleaned. Having it checked and swept gave me much more confidence about using it again.
