We were worried about the buildup inside the flue after realizing how long it had been since the last sweep. The technician assessed the situation carefully and delivered a very thorough cleaning.

The fireplace wasn't performing consistently from one use to another. The technician investigated the chimney, addressed the buildup, and completed the service in a very organized manner.

We were concerned that accumulated material might be interfering with the chimney passage. The sweep inspected the flue and removed the buildup with impressive thoroughness.

Our chimney needed a proper cleaning after repeated fires had left substantial deposits behind. The technician worked steadily, protected the surrounding area, and completed a polished-looking job.

The Chimney Inspection gave us confidence before using our fireplace this winter. Every component was checked thoroughly, and the report was easy to understand. The technician answered every question patiently. Great service.
