Wasted my whole morning gave me window from 8-11 never showed! It’s just disrespectful no call no nothing!

I made an appointment for a technician to come to my house today between 11am and 2pm. I’ve called several times with no call back. I wasted my entire day so I cannot recommend this company to anyone. It almost feels like a scam. My advice, don’t call them!

Had an appt today between 4-7. I took off work to be home. Never showed up or called. I even called to make sure they were still coming at 630. Still nothing!
