John was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional: he inspected the original fireplace from 1960’s and helped us understand what was needed to get our fireplace functioning. He helped remove, repair, paint, and install the new elements so that we can enjoy in the fall.

What a fantastic experience!! If all workers could be as punctual, ethical, and friendly as John, the world would be a better place. I’ll most definitely be recommending him to friends and family. Five stars are not enough! I’d give more if I could!

John was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend again!

John was extremely thorough and made quick work of my chimney cleaning and was VERY thorough with explaining issues, concerns, the whole process. I would recommend.
