Called for a cleaning. They told me the chimney had problems that made it unsafe to use, and that they don't perform the service to repair. I also had a small plant sticking on the top of the chimney I thought they would clean off while they were here but they did not.

Professional, prompt & on time, and fair value. They were honest with me and didn't try pushing unnecessary repairs on me like the last place did using scare tactics. Matt and his partner were cool and very informative, thanks! I'll be in touch again if I need service!
