Horrible experience with this company. Booked about a month ago for a time between 10am-noon. Well around 12:15 I called to see if they were still coming. No. They rescheduled us without notice and then said they couldn’t get to us for a few more weeks. We were not a priority. Wo...

Had our gas fireplace serviced on a Monday. Zack our technician was fantastic and explained the entire process and even gave use a few helpful tips. I have used them for 4 years now, and we have never had an issue to include warranty.

It's hard to find re putable companies to do this work as thorough and efficient as these guys . I also like they provide inspection report just in case it's needed for Insurance purposes.

Excellent service. They were prompt and efficient. My technician, Zack, was thorough and helpful!!!

So far, so good. Had a cap installed today by Zack to solve a squirrel problem. They got out here pretty quick, price seemed resonable.
