We had noticed a buildup of soot and decided not to put off the chimney sweep any longer. The technician checked the chimney first and cleaned it thoroughly. He worked neatly and left the fireplace area looking much better.

The chimney sweep appointment went smoothly. The technician arrived at the expected time, inspected the inside, and took care of the cleaning without rushing. I was pleased that he also cleaned up the area around the fireplace.

The chimney had built up a lot of residue, and we wanted to address it before using the fireplace again. The technician was on time and inspected the system first. He did a thorough cleaning and cleaned up the work area afterward.
